Commission and Payments: Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link. Payments are issued once the affiliate balance reaches a minimum threshold.

Responsibilities: Affiliates must comply with all legal requirements and agree not to use the affiliate program for any fraudulent purposes. They are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and legality of their promotional methods.

11. Transactions and Verification

Purchase Verification: GCOMINING.COM conducts a verification process for transactions to prevent fraud. This may include requesting additional documentation from the customer. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the purchase.

Security Measures: The company employs various security measures to ensure the integrity and security of transactions.

12. Product Information and Availability

Pricing and Availability: Prices for products offered by GCOMINING.COM are subject to change based on market conditions. Availability of products can vary, and GCOMINING.COM does not guarantee the availability of any product at the time of order.

13. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Due to the volatile nature of the products (particularly ASIC miners), GCOMINING.COM generally does not allow cancellations once an order is placed.

Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided except under specific circumstances, such as defective products, subject to the terms of the warranty.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: GCOMINING.COM ships products from various locations, depending on the product and customer location.

Delivery Terms: Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped.

15. Hosting Service

Our Hosting Service include the space and electricity for mining Cryptocurrencies, Installation and maintenance. Remote Access can be offered from a certain size or against payment

If you choose this service, GCO LTD will deliver the ASIC you have chosen to a third party that you have also chosen. Likewise, the mining pool to which your ASIC will be connected will also be your choice. 

16. Duration of Hosting Service

The Agreement commences on the earliest date third party notifies customer that any Equipment has been received and turned on by third party.  The minimum contract duration is 12 months. After this time, if not canceled at least 30 days before expiry, the time is extended by a further 12 months. Third party reserves the right to terminate the contract if payment defaults occur frequently.

Third party also reserves the right if payments are not made as above stated, the equipment may be sold or retained.

Third party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any point in time for any reason. In such cases, the third party will provide the client with a thirty (30) day written notice prior to the termination date. The client will have the opportunity to make any necessary arrangements to the retrieval or relocation of their ASIC miner(s).

17. Return and Uptime of Hosting Service

In the event of a return, the customer must contact third party in writing within 7 working days. The customer is financially responsible for the return shipment.

Third party does not guarantee 100% uptime, as it is constantly growing and occasionally have to cut power for certain work, in the event of a failure of more than 24 hours, customers will be informed in writing. 95% uptime is guaranteed.

We provide customers with contact channels so that in the event of a machine failure, the customer can make a complaint to third party. We assume no responsibility should the customer fail to report the outage.

18. Warranty and Repair in case of Hosting Service

If, in the event of a breakdown, the device is under warranty, third party will take care of the processing, provided the devices were purchased from them.

If the device is repaired, third party offer technicians on site, these must be settled at the local rate, the parts that are defective must also be paid for. Each repair is clarified and discussed with the customer beforehand.

19. Liability in case of Hosting Service

Third party assumes no liability for political or environmental influences. In the event of a Fire, third party employees will do everything on site, but no liability can be accepted for willful destruction. In addition, third party cannot guarantee that the devices will fail due to technical failure.

It is understood that third party is not an insurer and Customer Equipment is not covered by any insurance policy held by third party. Customer is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for the Equipment. Insurance can be proposed.

Third party provides state-of-the-art professional air-cooling systems ensuring optimal miner temperatures and humidity control throughout its facility.

Customer understands and acknowledges that in some situations Equipment functionality, maybe unavailable due to factors outside of third party's control. This includes, but is not limited to network failures, pool operator failures, denial of service attacks, currency network outages, hacking or malicious attacks on the crypto networks or exchanges, power outages, or Acts of God.

The customer acknowledges that third party will not be liable for any lost mining revenue due to unexpected service interruptions or maintenance downtime, force majeure, damage caused by third parties. In all other cases, liability shall be limited to damages typical of the contract, whereby the maximum amount recoverable shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services received. Such damages and other damages must be reported within 30 days from the date of occurrence of the damage, otherwise the claims expire.

20. Payment in case of Hosting Service

The customer agrees to settle the payment by the tenth of the month. After this period, the customer will be in default of payment and will be liable for the consequences described in the above paragraphs.

21. GCO Mining Pool Program

If you are interested in our GCO Mining Pool program, your purchase level will be limited only by the level of your membership. In all cases, it will be a multiple of 500 USD. In this case, you accept that the mining share corresponding to your contribution will be distributed to you periodically and up to the value of the mined cryptocurrency.

22. Privacy and Data Use

Data Collection: GCOMINING.COM collects personal data necessary for processing transactions and managing user accounts.

Data Use: Personal data is used to enhance user experience, manage the website, and communicate with customers. GCOMINING.COM is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and operates in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

23. Termination and Remedies

If you use this website in violation of these terms and conditions, gcomining.com reserves the right to terminate your use of the website.
